I can’t leave well enough alone. My sister gave Myles the duktig play kitchen from Ikea for his first birthday and the kids have spent a fair amount of time playing with it, especially now that the two of them can play with it together. I started looking up duktig makeovers and decided I wanted to make the kids’ kitchen match our real kitchen. So I painted the base the same grey paint we used in our kitchen and I found this tutorial for faux marble and used it to transform the countertop. It was so much fun, I forgot how much I enjoy painting, not just painting the walls. The kitchen is so cute and now it matches the harvest table.
