Wow! It’s been so long I don’t even know where to start.  I’ve got a few posts I’d like to get to, but I will just give a quick update first.  In the past couple of months the following things have happened:

I returned to work and am adjusting to my new schedule away from home.

Myles turned 1!  He also started walking (2 days before the big 1) so I now officially am a mother to a toddler.  It is awesome!  Every day he seems to acquire a new skill and its a wonderful adventure to be a part of and observe.  He has really started playing-with other kids, the dog and on his own (he is currently walking around carrying a little metal pan with a juggling bean bag in it and stopping to feed the dog the odd veggie puff).

I got a new nephew and am awaiting another new one!

There’s been a lot more little things but I think I’ll post some pictures of Myles’ birthday party to try and get back in the swing of things.

I planned a cowboy party complete with a cowboy outfit and cow-cake.  We had a great day and Myles had his fill of ribs and baked beans, cake, ice cream, and gifts!
